[BUG] I can not scroll up when Claude is waiting for a response

What's Wrong?

When in plan mode claude presents the plan and presents a markdown file with it and asks for permission to create the file ... I can not scroll up to read the file that I am going to approve. Automatically goes down again. It makes impossible to review what I am approving. The terminal is ghostty

What Should Happen?

Claude should allow me to scroll and stop at any place in the terminal history...
