Problem Statement

When humans type, they naturally hit enter at the end of a paragraph, bullet, etc. I cannot imagine the number of times I have submitted an incomplete prompt because of this natural behaviour. It's driving me nuts! And costing you compute...

Proposed Solution

The Enter key should add a newline to end a paragraph as it does in any text editor. Submitting the prompt should require a click or a Ctrl-Enter. I have also been using Google AI Studio, and they have adopted this norm. It's much better.

Alternative Solutions

If you are worried about retraining the existing user base, can I at least have a setting?
