[Bug] Claude Code output truncating/not displaying complete text responses

Bug Description
This Claude session isn't displaying all the text that it is producing, which makes it impossible to read. See the text below which I copied from the output. I have another session running in parallel that is NOT doing this. I saw this last night and resumed the session from a new claude instance and it is having the same problem.

A bunch of text is missing again. Can you repeat?

It's definitely 0.73, i just downgraded to 0.72 and the same chats that used to be truncated are perfectly fine.

2.0.73 seems to be the culprit.

I'm on Windows 11 with Windows Terminal and PowerShell 7.5.4. Tested a few versions:

• 2.0.70 - works fine
• 2.0.72 - works fine
• 2.0.73 - broken

The weird thing is that thinking blocks render perfectly, but the actual response text comes out fragmented with big empty gaps and missing lines. Tables, lists, code blocks - all affected.

Rolled back to 2.0.72 and everything works again.
