Missing Logout Command in Claude CLI

Bug Description
There is no /logout command as described in https://support.anthropic.com/en/articles/11145838-using-claude-code-with-your-pro-or-max-plan, and I am unable to sign in with my Claude Pro account. Even deleting ~/.claude and ~/.claude.json somehow led to me magically being reauthenticated with API costs.
