Claude Code ConnectionRefused

Bug Description
Previously my Claude code work normally, but today it tell me that ConnectionRefused. I use all default option, no firewall, no VPN, ping to claude endpoint worked. And Claude Code on web also not work for me, infinite loop. Can you guys help me check it out?
