Problem Statement

Currently, including images in Claude Code requires saving the file to disk first, then referencing the path with -i. This breaks the natural screenshot workflow on both Windows (Win+Shift+S) and macOS (Cmd+Shift+4 to clipboard), where images land in the clipboard ready to paste.
