[BUG] [UX] Claude stops responding mid-task with no feedback - stuck for 10+ minutes

What's Wrong?

Claude Code stopped in the middle of a task and became completely
unresponsive for over 10 minutes. There is no spinner, no status
message, and no indication of what is happening. The "Ask" button
remains disabled, so the user cannot send new messages or cancel.

Claude's last message was: "Saya sudah mendapatkan base64 dari logo.
Sekarang saya akan mengupdate fungsi addLogoOverlay untuk menggunakan
logo asli ini sebagai gambar overlay..."

After this message, nothing happened for 10+ minutes.

What Should Happen?

• If Claude is still processing: Show spinner with status message
• If Claude is stuck: Show error message or timeout warning
• If task is complete: Show the result
• Allow user to cancel or send new message

Error Messages/Logs

- No visual feedback at all
- App appears frozen/stuck
- Cannot interact with the app
- No way to know if Claude is working, stuck, or crashed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code
2. Give Claude a complex task (e.g., update a function in a large file)
3. Claude responds with "I will now update the function..."
4. Observe that Claude stops responding
5. No spinner appears
6. No status message appears
7. "Ask" button remains disabled
8. Wait 10+ minutes - still no response
