[BUG] [VS CODE EXTENSION] Stop changing our selected/options around in the select model in VS Code

What's Wrong?

I'm using a CC VS Code extension, and my models change without me changing (bug?), the default changes many times too (the options change around). Please make the options stay in their places so we don't need to keep changing them or fix our mistakes after trying to do an implementation with Haiku unintentionally.

What Should Happen?

Default should stay default on 1 model, not change to sonnet then to opus then back to sonnet. Models should stay selected in the chosen option.
