[BUG] VS Code account issue

What's Wrong?

Usually using this extension on VS code. An hour ago there is a bar shown with an error "Error loading webview: Error: Could not register service worker: InvalidStateError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker: The document is in an invalid state.."

Followed all the basic troubleshooting, killed the app, reinstall the app and extension. Post reinstallation of the extension, there is no way to log in when installed again. No way report issue on the extension page it self.

What Should Happen?

It should present the not format of Claude code assistant.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the tab after selecting the folder where the code belongs. Click on the top right logo of claude and you get the error. Screenshot attached.
