[BUG] Can't access skills from cli under .claude directory using /skills command

What's Wrong?

I have skills created under .claude directory on my mac. When I use claude cli and use /skills command, it doesn't list any of the skills, I get message "No Skills Found", but If I chat with claude, it can find those skills. I can see them when using @.claude

What Should Happen?

/skills command should be able to see all skills under .claude directory
