[FEATURE] Sidebar can no longer be pinned

Problem Statement

I just updated Claude Code on MacOS and now the sidebar always is closed. It is very annoying to not be able to see the other sessions at the same time, especially when you are working on more than one and one of them needs attention

It is self-explanatory. Have a way to pin it

I don't know what "pinning" means, but I agree that I want to see the sidebar on the left AND the full chat on the right. In my version (Mac) if the sidebar is showing, it partially obliterates the chat making it impossible to see both fully at one time. My problem is today that I'm asking Claude how to rename a chat and it would have made it easier to follow its suggestions if I could see both its suggestions and the sidebar on the left at the same time. (When nothing worked, finally it told me it doesn't know how to rename a chat --- (really?)
