[BUG] Claude code is getting stuck/ultra slow at roughly 50-90 tokens used when uploading a picture and asking to look at it.. Has been an issue since today for me

What's Wrong?

When uploading pictures in claude code and asking it to look at them it is getting stuck and not finishing tasks, it always gets stuck at roughly 50 to 90 tokens used and doesn't move on, and won't respond to me until I cancel the request. sometimes it'll go trough and continu but it'll take it like at least 5 minutes, even though it was a super simple request that normally takes seconds to do.

What Should Happen?

It should just continu and not get stuck.
