[Bug] Claude Code plugin fails to detect running JetBrains IDE instance

Bug Description
Official Claude Code plugin for JetBrains IDE is not working. RustRover 2026.1 EAP. I receive a notification in the IDE that says "Cannot launch Claude Code". However, the terminal does open and start Claude Code. But it does not connect to the IDE. Entering "/ide" will return:

Connect to an IDE for integrated development features.                                                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                                                                                            
No available IDEs detected. Make sure your IDE has the Claude Code extension or plugin installed and is running.
