[BUG] Claude code for VSCode v2.1.72 gives 400 to every input

What's Wrong?

If you give any input to claude, its responsing with a 400 error message. Its happening with only v2.1.72 and once i downgraded to v2.1.71 it worked fine.

What Should Happen?

It should give a proper response than an error like its previous versions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude code for vscode extension with CMD+Esc for mac
2. Input anything
3. Response is a 400 error

Yes, going back to previous version sorts it out for the time being. i went to v2.1.71.
