[BUG] file_upload missing in claude-in-chrome mcp

What's Wrong?

Bug Description
The file_upload tool of the claude chrome extension is not
exposed to claude code. It can only see the upload_image tool.

Checked with /mcp and it's not in the list.

The tool is there when I ask the agent in the chrome extension directly.

What Should Happen?

The file_upload tool should show in the view tools list for the claude in chrome mcp.

Ask the claude in chrome extension directly what tool it has, the file upload will show.
Making it impossible to have claude code upload a file, yet the capability is there, just not exposed.

Claude still can't upload files, so I have to manually upload the router configuration through the web-interface. Please fix. It is a major stumble block wasting time and tokens to base64 the data.

Somehow cowork and claude desktop can file upload.
It's only the cli.
