The colored status indicator dots on the spark icon in editor tabs have disappeared after updating to 2.1.81 (released ~8 hours ago).

Previously, each Claude Code session tab displayed a small colored circle on the spark icon indicating session state (e.g., blue for permission pending, green for running, orange for finished in background). After the 2.1.81 update, these dots no longer appear on any session tab.

Steps to Reproduce

2. Open multiple Claude Code sessions as editor tabs
3. Observe the spark icon on each tab — no colored status dots appear
