On Claude Team Plan, admins can deploy organization-wide skills (slash commands) via the admin panel. However, there is currently no way to see usage metrics for these
skills -- e.g., how many times each skill has been invoked, by whom, or how often.
This makes it difficult to evaluate whether deployed skills are actually being adopted by team members, and which ones provide the most value.
Describe the solution you'd like
A usage analytics dashboard in Organization Settings > Skills that shows:
- Invocation count per skill (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Unique users per skill
- Trend over time
Alternatively, exposing this data via the Admin API would also be valuable.
Additional context
As organizations build and deploy more custom skills, understanding adoption and usage patterns becomes essential for iterating on skill quality and deciding which skills to
maintain.
