[BUG] Expanding CLI output with ctrl+O hides claude questions

What's Wrong?

Expanding CLI output with ctrl+O hides any questions claude might ask while expanded.

What Should Happen?

If claude asks a question, it should be shown even if output is expanded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a long-running CLI command that finishes after 5 secs, after that make claude ask a question
2. Expand with ctrl-O

This is a TUI rendering issue — the expanded output view (Ctrl+O) overlays the question prompt.
Press Ctrl+O again to collapse the expanded output view, then the question prompt will be visible.
Alternatively, listen for audio cues: if you have a Notification hook set up with audio (like a bell or TTS), it can alert you when Claude is waiting for input even while output is expanded.

Yes I already figured those hotfixes out, but it's still a bug
