Cloud scheduled tasks: undocumented limit of 3 tasks on Max 20x plan

Problem

When creating a 4th cloud scheduled task via API, the following error is returned:

"Your plan gets 3 daily cloud scheduled sessions. Disable or delete an existing schedule to continue."

I'm on the Max plan (20x) — the highest available tier.

What's missing from documentation

The Schedule tasks on the web page says scheduled tasks are "available to all Claude Code on the web users, including Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise" but does not mention any limit on the number of active tasks per plan.

Questions

1. What are the scheduled task limits per plan tier (Pro, Max 5x, Max 20x, Team, Enterprise)?
2. Is there a way to increase this limit on Max 20x?
3. Does "3 daily cloud scheduled sessions" mean 3 active tasks, or 3 runs per day?

Context

I use scheduled tasks to auto-update content across 4 hubs of a website (Product, Research, Design, Writing). Currently I have to combine Design and Writing into one task due to the 3-task limit.
