Dispatch pairing fails on macOS 26.2 — never successfully paired #41525

Description

@leland-international

Preflight Checklist

  • I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Dispatch has never successfully paired. Every attempt results in "Pairing failed" on the mobile app.

What Should Happen?

Expected behavior: Phone pairs successfully with Claude Desktop for Dispatch sessions.

Error Messages/Logs

Actual behavior: "Pairing failed" every attempt. No successful connection established.
Additional context
Per issue #40283, there is a known missing entitlement (com.apple.vm.networking) that prevents Dispatch from establishing a network route. This may be the root cause. Requesting Anthropic re-sign the app with the correct entitlement.

Steps to Reproduce

Environment:

Claude Desktop: 1.1.9669 (aea25d)
