• Appointment CRUD — schedule, reschedule, check-in, cancel
• Encounters and billing — superbills, Draft→Review→Approved workflow
• Payments — cash, check, CC, EFT - Insurance authorizations and eligibility
• Documents — upload to patient charts
• FHIR clinical data — 12 tools for allergies, meds, vitals, labs
