Desktop app: sidebar does not show conversation history (Windows)

Description

The left sidebar in the Claude Code Windows desktop app does not display any conversation history. Only "Scheduled" appears under the clock icon. The sidebar is completely empty — no past sessions are listed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code desktop app on Windows 11
2. Have multiple conversations / sessions
3. Look at the left sidebar — no conversation history appears

Expected Behavior

Past conversation sessions should be listed in the left sidebar for easy navigation.

Actual Behavior

Sidebar is empty. Only "Scheduled" is shown under the clock icon.

Evidence

Session files exist on disk at ~/.claude/projects/<project>/ (confirmed via CLI — two .jsonl session files present), but the sidebar does not display them.

• OS: Windows 11 Home 10.0.26200
• App: Claude Code desktop app (Code mode)
• Model: Opus 4.6 1M
