[Bug] Claude Code not falling back to pro subscription after extra usage exhaustion

Bug Description
I have a pro subscription I have been using, I got an extra $20 usage from antropic as "extra usage", however I have exhausted this extra usage but claude code is still stuck with it instead of using my pro subscription. I ever tried everything Fin AI agent recommended but none worked. Please treat as urgent.
