VSCode File Drag-and-Drop Fails When Initiated from Claude Code Extension

Bug Description
When using vscode, dragging a file into the chat box from the folders tab doesn't work if you started it using the claude code icon on the top right. Probably because it's located on the right side and vscode thinks you want to open the file on the same side.
