[BUG] Cannot copy highlighted portion of text in Claude app window in the Code mode via right click menu (copies only the entire message)

What's Wrong?

After updating to latest version of Claude app, I can no longer copy JUST the highlighted portion of the text via the right click menu, only the entire message. In the context menu I only see "Copy message". The hilight is ignored. I think the previous version of Claude app allowed that.

Workaround: Press Ctrl-C

What Should Happen?

Only the selected (block-highlighted) portion of the text should have been copied.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have the Claude app in the Code mode write some normal text to you (not Code quote).
2. Select a word or two in the text
3. Right click it and see in the context menu you don't have the equivalent of Ctrl-C (only Copy Message).

I don't think this is a duplicate though Mr. Claude - the two references you listed are regarding the CTRL + C keyboard shortcut, not the right-click menu. The third reference is to another report of this same issue (where the copy option in the right-click menu says "Copy message" and copies the whole message, not just your selected text), but this report was also marked as a duplicate, even though this (to me) appear to be a different issue.

Can this be reopened, or have I misread?
