I'm experiencing an issue where I suddenly cannot scroll up to view previous conversation history in Claude Code. The mouse wheel and scroll gestures only scroll within the input text area instead of scrolling through the conversation history.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a conversation with Claude Code
2. Have a lengthy conversation with multiple exchanges
3. Try to scroll up using mouse wheel or trackpad to view earlier messages
4. Observe that scrolling only affects the input box content instead of the conversation history

Actual Behavior:
