[Bug] Claude Design access revoked despite active Max subscription

Bug Description
This is unrelated to this particular session but rather to the Claude Design UI. I couldnt find a place to report on the web UI. But I was using claude design this morning. It worked amazingly. Now im trying to open it again and it says "Claude Design is available to users on subscription plans.
Claude Design is powered by our most capable vision model, Claude Opus 4.7, and is available in research preview on these plans:". Im on the max plan, was this morning and still am right now. Maybe it's related to the fact that im in Manila? But quite frustrating to not be able to see my work from earlier. pls fix ty.

Same happened to me, the moment I landed in Vietnam it stopped working, previously Australia, UK, and UAE all fine.

Same issue here on Max 200 plan, also based in Metro Manila. Hitting claude.ai/design returns the "Claude Design is available to users on subscription plans" page despite an active Max subscription. Tested on multiple browsers, logged out and back in — no change. Adding another data point in case this is a regional rollout gap for PH-based Max accounts.

I tried subscribing to a new account and encountered the same issue.

VPN to Singapore, HKG, SK, Japan all unlocks the Design feature. Seems like Design is only not available for us peasants in 3rd world countries.

Yeah I did some digging and bizarrely I think it is related to what wifi provider u use. My working theory is that PLDT is what's blocked. Even hotspotting or using friend's wifi works. But I guess we are shouting into the wind if this issue is still closed. Need a way to triage to the right location.
