[FEATURE] Change Chats on Claude Chrome Extension

Problem Statement

When using the Claude Code Chrome extension, each chat session is temporary. If the tab is closed or refreshed, the session is lost and cannot be reopened.

Proposed Solution

Add a dropdown feature that lets users access their 5 most recent chats from the extension, so they can resume ongoing work instead of starting over.
