[BUG] Personal GitHub repos not showing in Claude Code web repo picker despite app installed and connector connected

What's Wrong?

Personal GitHub repositories do not appear in the Claude Code web (claude.ai/code) repo picker. The search shows "No repos match" despite the Claude GitHub App being fully installed and the GitHub Integration connector showing "Connected" in Claude.ai settings

What Should Happen?

All repositories that the Claude GitHub App has been granted access to should appear in the Claude Code web repo picker, regardless of whether they belong to a personal account or an organization.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Claude GitHub App via github.com/apps/claude
2. Grant access to "All repositories"
3. Confirm app is configured in GitHub Settings → Applications
4. Connect GitHub Integration in Claude.ai Settings → Connectors (shows "Connected")
5. Go to claude.ai/code → click "+ Select repo..."
6. Repo picker shows "No repos match"

Bump, same issue. Seems to work on my work account but not on personal

In case useful, this is how I got it to work:

• Go to customize: https://claude.ai/customize/connectors
• Tap GitHub integration under "Not connected" and tap the "Connect button"
• Immediately claude code web could see my repos (public + private I gave access to)

Context: I tried couple things (refresh, sign out/in, new project) none worked. Then, I went to customize (Go to customize: https://claude.ai/customize/connectors) and the GitHub Integration was under "Not connected" which was odd because (1) I completed the flow to integrate it (I started it from claude code web) and (2) I could see on GitHub side the Claude app was connected and 1 repo given access, so not sure why it would be shown under "Not connected" on the claude side.
