[BUG]Personal repository not appearing in Claude Code repo picker despite GitHub app reinstall

What's Wrong?

My personal GitHub repository does not appear in the repository picker in Claude Code on the web (claude.ai), despite the Claude GitHub app being correctly installed with repository access granted.

Steps Taken to Troubleshoot

1. Verified the Claude GitHub app is installed on my personal account
2. Confirmed the target repository is listed under "Repository access" in the app's GitHub configuration
3. Completely uninstalled the Claude GitHub app from GitHub Settings → Applications
4. Reinstalled the Claude GitHub app from https://github.com/apps/claude
5. Fully logged out of claude.ai and logged back in

This appears to be the same backend repository indexing issue reported in #27155 (personal repos not visible) and #30872 (backend indexing bug). Requesting a backend repository index reset for GitHub user ggrady108.

What Should Happen?

My personal repository should appear in the Claude Code repository picker so I can select it as a working directory.
