[BUG] iOS Dispatch app — microphone icon disappeared from chat composer

Describe the bug

The microphone icon used to appear next to the send (arrow) button in the Dispatch session composer on the Claude iOS app. As of recent app version (May 2026), the icon is no longer visible in Dispatch sessions, breaking the voice input workflow.

Repro

1. Open Claude iOS app
2. Switch to Dispatch tab
3. Open any Dispatch session
4. Look at chat composer — mic icon is missing

Expected

Mic icon should be present, same as in regular chat sessions.

Actual

Only the keyboard send arrow is visible. Voice input is unusable in Dispatch mode.

Workaround tried

• iOS native dictation works but has its own bugs (see linked issue)
• Force-quit + reopen — no effect
• App update — no effect
• Permission toggle — no effect

• Claude app (Dispatch mode)
• Affecting all Dispatch sessions

Why this matters

User is on iPad-only workflow (medical reasons, can't keyboard much). Voice is the primary input method. Removal silently broke their daily use.
