Dispatch has never successfully paired on this device. Every attempt results in "Pairing failed" on the mobile app. No connection has ever been established. This has persisted for several weeks across multiple attempts.
What Should Happen?
Mobile app should pair successfully with Claude Desktop for Dispatch sessions.

No error log visible — mobile app shows "Pairing failed". No further detail displayed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Claude Desktop on Windows 11, navigate to Cowork → Dispatch
- Click to initiate pairing
- Attempt to pair with Claude mobile app
- Mobile app shows "Pairing failed" — no connection established
- Repeatable every attempt, for several weeks

Troubleshooting already attempted: same Wi-Fi network, VPN disabled,
sign out/in both devices (desktop first), Dispatch toggle off → Ctrl+R
→ on, deleted bridge-state.json, firewall disabled. None resolved it.
Related issues: #45937, #41525 (macOS-specific — this may be a
distinct Windows failure mode, currently underreported).
