QuickBooks connector stuck in 'Requested' status with no management options (no three dots, Remove button, or Cancel option)

What's Wrong?

Description: Claude connector Quickbooks stuck in requested
Environment:
Platform: claude.ai web interface
Browser: Chrome
Operating System: MacOS Sequioa v15.7.4
Issue:
The QuickBooks connector is stuck showing "Requested" status with no way to manage or remove it. No three dots menu, Remove button, or Cancel option appears next to the connector.
Steps taken:
Cleared browser cookies
Tried incognito/private browsing mode
Attempted to remove connector from Customize > Connectors (https://claude.ai/customize/connectors)
Checked for connector in conversation interface (+ button > Connectors)
Waited several minutes for state to clear
Expected behavior:
Should either complete the OAuth flow with Intuit or provide an option to cancel/remove the pending request.
Actual behavior:
Connector shows "Requested" status indefinitely. Claude cannot locate the connector when attempting to use it in conversations. The OAuth prompt from Intuit never appeared during initial setup.
Additional context:
Confirmed admin status on QuickBooks side
No pending app authorization requests exist in QuickBooks
Issue persists across different browsers and incognito mode

What Should Happen?

Claude should connect to quickbooks.

Update: Google Calendar is also stuck in "Requested" status on this same account. I've now fully revoked all Claude permissions on Google's side (myaccount.google.com/permissions), reconnected Gmail and Google Drive successfully from scratch, but Calendar still shows "Requested" with no Cancel/Disconnect/retry option. This is the second connector with this exact issue tonight (QuickBooks being the first). Suggests an account-level cache/state issue rather than per-connector. Could you clear all stuck "Requested" states on this account?

[1:21 PM]Adding Fathom to this thread. Same "Requested" stuck state on the same account. That's now three connectors (QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Fathom) all stuck in "Requested" with no UI to cancel or retry, while Gmail, Drive, Slack, and HubSpot connected cleanly. This strongly suggests an account-level state issue. Please clear all stuck "Requested" states on this account when you can.
