[BUG] Continuously crashing!

What's Wrong?

Claude Cowork keeps crashing when I am working on a simple project, setting up Home Assistant. I cleared the cache and restarted it, that didn't work. There are no pending updates. Please let me know if there is something that I am doing wrong?

Having this issue too and response in chat was this: Your exact setup is a known issue. Claude Desktop crashes on launch when Cowork or Claude Code loads specifically since the macOS Tahoe 26.3.1 update, and the issue persists through upgrades to 26.4.1. Chat-only functionality still works — the crash is specifically triggered by the Cowork component loading. Claude Desktop was working normally on Tahoe 26.2 and 26.3, so something specific changed at 26.3.1.
