Add write capabilities to Microsoft 365 connector (create drafts, send emails)

Problem Statement

The Microsoft 365 connector only has read-only tools. I cannot
create email drafts or reply to emails from Claude. I need to
manually copy each response into Outlook. Please add create_draft
and reply_to_email tools with Mail.ReadWrite and Mail.Send permissions.

Proposed Solution

Add these tools to the Microsoft 365 connector:

• create_draft: save email as draft in Outlook
• reply_to_email: reply to an existing email

Permissions needed: Mail.ReadWrite and Mail.Send
