[Feature Request] 简体中文界面支持 / Simplified Chinese UI for Claude desktop & web apps

诉求：希望 Claude 桌面客户端（macOS/Windows）和网页版（claude.ai）提供官方简体中文界面。

目前的问题

• 界面、菜单、设置项、错误提示目前基本只有英文，对英文不熟练的中文用户上手成本高。
• 很多中文用户日常重度使用 Claude，但被英文界面挡在门外，或只能靠浏览器机翻 / 第三方汉化，体验割裂、易出错。

期望

1. 桌面客户端与网页版增加「简体中文」语言选项（最好能跟随系统语言）。
2. 覆盖完整界面文案：菜单、设置、按钮、空状态、错误与权限提示等。
3. 简体 / 繁体分开提供更佳。

价值：中文是全球使用人数最多的语言之一，官方中文界面能显著降低中文区用户的使用门槛、提升留存。

备注：我知道本仓库主要面向命令行工具 Claude Code。此请求针对的是 claude.ai 桌面/网页版 App 的界面中文化。如有更合适的官方反馈渠道，烦请指引，谢谢！

Request: Please add official Simplified Chinese UI to the Claude desktop apps (macOS/Windows) and the web app (claude.ai).

Problem

• The interface, menus, settings, and error messages are essentially English-only today, which is a real barrier for Chinese users who aren't fluent in English.
• Many heavy Chinese users currently rely on browser auto-translation or third-party localization patches — a fragmented, error-prone experience.

Expectation

1. Add a "简体中文 (Simplified Chinese)" language option to the desktop and web apps (ideally following the OS language).
2. Cover the full UI: menus, settings, buttons, empty states, error and permission prompts.
3. Separate Simplified / Traditional Chinese would be ideal.

Why it matters: Chinese is one of the most-spoken languages in the world; an official Chinese UI would meaningfully lower the barrier to entry and improve retention for users in China.

Note: I understand this repo is primarily for the Claude Code CLI. This request targets the claude.ai desktop / web apps. If there's a more appropriate official feedback channel, please point me to it. Thanks!
