[BUG] Routines Create Button Greyed Out on First Routien

What's Wrong?

It appears that when a user first tries to create a routine through the claude desktop application (windows and Mac), the create button is greyed out. Once I created a routine through Terminal prompting I returned to the application and the button was no longer greyed out.

What Should Happen?

A user should be able to create a routine in app on the first try.

Confirming this is still an issue. I had to create a dummy routine in the CLI before the button was enabled on Claude desktop.
