[BUG] /design-sync slash command not available in Claude Code v2.1.195 #71738

Description

@BillDuke13

Preflight Checklist

  • I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

The /design-sync slash command is not available in my Claude Code installation. When I type /design-sync, it is not recognized as a valid command and does not appear in the slash command list (autocomplete). I'm running version 2.1.195. Based on the documentation and other references, I expected this command to be present, but it does not exist in my setup.

What Should Happen?

The /design-sync command should be available and recognized when typed, and it should appear in the slash command autocomplete list so it can be run successfully.
