[BUG] Claude Code desktop app not showing Chat or Co-Work history

What's Wrong?

I am on the Claude Code desktop app (Windows 11 based on your setup).
I had to complete an uninstall re-install recently as the App would not start with the message that it was already running.
Since doing the re-install, <?>Code is working fine, but Chat and Co-Work are not.
That Recent Activity isn't showing chat or Co-Work history (I can see the Recent activities listed on the left of the page)
I have already tried the recommended fixes of (restart, update check, sign out/in)

What Should Happen?

When I click on a Recent Activity on the left menu, the history of interactions with Claude should be displayed on the main screen. Currently it only shows the "What should I work on" prompt.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Claude desktop App.

2. Select Home from top left menu

3. Click on a Recent activity with the small filter icon to its left.

4. Note that the main interaction screen does not update.

5. Get frustrated.

I have the exact same issue fresh claude install on win11. Chat seems to be working fine but when I switch to cowork and send the first message, The response is not visible and when I select any other cowork chat from the sidebar, I do not see the chat history only the start screen with the "Good Afternoon... how ca I help you" message. Practically Cowork is not usable on windows.
