Windows app: new sessions do not sync to web (one-way sync failure)

Summary

Sessions created in the Claude Code Windows desktop app do not sync to claude.ai (web), while sync works correctly in the other three directions.

Observed sync behavior

• Mac -> Web: syncs correctly
• Mac -> Windows app: syncs correctly
• Web -> Windows app: syncs correctly
• Windows app -> Web: does NOT sync (likely Windows -> Mac also affected, not yet confirmed)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Claude Code Windows desktop app
2. Create a new session and send a message
3. Reload claude.ai (web), or check on Mac
4. The new session created on Windows does not appear

Expected behavior

A session created on the Windows app should sync to web/Mac, just like sessions created on Mac or web sync to Windows.

Environment

• OS: Windows 11 Home
• Claude Code Windows desktop app

Additional context

Already tried: checking for app updates, logging out and back in. Issue persists.
