[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Opus 5 model unavailable and server retry loop

Bug Description
For the past couple of days Claude Code is not working with Opus 5 and I don't see an option for Opus 4.8. Also this is stopping my work even though I have been paying the $100 plan. Please update us. Yesterday the same thing happened and now it also keeps on retrying and it says some server issue
