Updates edit-issue-labels.sh and comment-on-duplicates.sh to read the issue number from GITHUB_EVENT_PATH (the workflow event payload) instead of accepting it as a CLI argument. Simplifies the call signature and keeps the scripts aligned with the triggering issue. Also updates the /triage-issue and /dedupe command docs to match. :house: Remote-Dev: homespace

fix: bump pytest to >=9.0.3 to resolve CVE-2025-71176 @copilot Validation pip-audit -r requirements.txt confirms no known vulnerabilities after the bump. npm audit unaffected. Notes pytest 9.x may introduce breaking changes for any tests relying on deprecated 7.x/8.x APIs. Review test suite output after upgrade
