Plugin "telegram" not found in any marketplace

Following the tutorial I ran /plugin install telegram@claude-plugins-official and got the response "Plugin "telegram" not found in any marketplace"

I don't see a command for /upgrade or /update

actually in another terminal it's running 2.1.80 and it still doesn't show up

You need to update your marketplace:

in claude:
/plugins -> Marketplace (right arrow twice) -> update (press u) -> enter

Then try /plugin install telegram@claude-plugins-official again

Hi, it looks like this is caused by a stale marketplace rather than a missing plugin. I’d like to improve the error message to guide users to update the marketplace. Would that be a good approach?

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled claude-plugins-official and can report the same issue. The issue is that the MCP server (telegram plugin) is failing -- even with reconnection efforts. Currently, unclear to me how to fix -- will research
