Automated release for opencode-skill-creator v0.3.3.

What's changed

skill_validate now normalizes CRLF→LF once at read time, so SKILL.md files written by Windows checkouts (core.autocrlf=true) validate correctly instead of failing with Invalid frontmatter format. Because skill_eval / skill_optimize_loop validate before starting, this also unblocks evals on CRLF checkouts. The change is CRLF-only and read-only — no CR/BOM/trim/parser/YAML/dependency/engine changes, and parseSkillMd is untouched.
