RK0 on Nucleo Boards

Prototyping boards

RK0 does work in real hardware and has been tested on several boards based on ARMv6/7M, some of which I have tested:

  • STM32F0 Discovery (Cortex-M0)
  • Nucleo-F030R8 (Cortex-M0)
  • Nucleo-G071RB (Cortex-M0+)
  • Nucleo-F103RB (Cortex-M3)
  • Nucleo-F401RE (Cortex-M4F)
  • Nucleo-F767ZI (Cortex-M7)
  • Arduino DUE (Cortex-M3)

RK0 v0.60.0 / Nucleo-F103RB (CM3)

This package was made using the STM32 BSP for this board. Anyway, you are not locked to any specific IDE. The provided Makefile builds the image and flashes, using either ST-LINK or J-LINK.

README.md contains specific instructions for VSCode. You might use it as a general guideline for other IDEs.


STM32CubeIDE Ready-to-import Projects

These are ready to be imported into the STM32CubeIDE. Note: these are older RK0 versions.

Still, they can give you a baseline.

Debugging assumes SEGGER J-LINK. If not, just reconfigure the debugger for ST-LINK.
