Reliability hardening for Thunderbird 140 and later.

  • Prevents concurrent tracking updates from overwriting records.
  • Uses stable tracking identifiers across restarts and message moves.
  • Fixes local due dates near midnight and Message-ID-less message collisions.
  • Preserves plain-text and HTML signatures in follow-up drafts.
  • Correlates replies to follow-up messages after the user sends them.
  • Deduplicates manual recent-reply scans.
  • Adds automated tests, GitHub Actions CI, manifest-driven packaging, and the MPL-2.0 license in the XPI.

Reply Monitor never sends messages automatically.
