V ImGui Examples v1.0.0 — desktop gallery, plots and Android

Desktop update: Examples v1.0.1 supersedes these desktop ZIPs with the Linux startup fix. The four signed Android APKs are unchanged and remain valid.

Download a desktop ZIP or v-imgui-touch-universal.apk below. Application libraries are included.

Desktop

Windows 10/11 x64: extract the complete ZIP and open examples.exe.
Linux x64: Ubuntu 24.04 or compatible newer distribution, X11/XWayland; extract and run ./run.sh.
Choose Widget gallery, ImPlot dashboard or GLFW/Vulkan. Docking is the recommended variant; standard packages are also available.

F11 toggles borderless fullscreen and restores the previous window state. Escape quits after an active edit, popup or other ImGui interaction consumes it.
A Vulkan-capable graphics driver is required.

Android

Android 7.0 or later with Vulkan support: open the universal APK on the device, allow installation from that browser or file manager when prompted, then install V ImGui Touch Examples. Smaller APKs for ARM 32-bit, ARM 64-bit and x86_64 are also available.

The app demonstrates touch and Unicode text editing, clipboard copy/read feedback, swiping static text and empty space to scroll, larger text, high contrast, native accessibility and automatic space for the software navigation bar and keyboard.

Accessibility and source builds

The widget gallery opens with native accessibility controls, including Unicode text/selection, buttons, checkboxes, radio choices, progress/status, larger text and a virtual file list. Its Raw ImGui widgets view demonstrates the original widget API. Raw widgets and ImPlot charts do not automatically publish screen-reader semantics.

For source builds, ./setup.vsh guides setup, building and running an example. Windows uses v run setup.vsh.

Installation and updates · Testing coverage

Compare downloads with SHA256SUMS.txt. Keep each desktop folder complete so its bundled libraries remain available. macOS and installable iOS packages are not included.

Both desktop variants passed bundled runtime, rendering and native accessibility checks. Linux also passed fullscreen/Escape interaction checks. All three Android ABIs built; the signed universal APK passed interaction/accessibility instrumentation and ordinary update installs on the connected Android 13 tablet.
