• Every tool now documents the exact shape it returns, so the model knows the response
  before the first call: query returns {rows, rowCount, returnedRows, truncated} (plus
  hint when truncated), execute returns {rowCount, command} (rowCount is null for
  statements that affect no rows, such as DDL), list_schemas returns {schemas},
  list_tables returns {tables}, describe_table returns {columns} with named fields,
  and connect_db returns {message, host, database}.
• In read-only mode the execute tool is titled "Run a write statement (disabled)", so its
  title no longer contradicts a description that starts with DISABLED.

Added

• Published to the official MCP Registry as io.github.antonorlov/mcp-postgres-server:
  server.json describes the package and all 22 environment variables, and a GitHub Actions
  workflow publishes via a manual run after the npm release, using OIDC, with a guard that
  the version in server.json matches package.json.
• glama.json identifies the maintainer for the Glama listing.
