v2 line (rolling)

Rolling release alias for the latest v2.x.x release (currently 2.1.7+antora.3, tag v2.1.7).

This Git tag and release move when a new minor or patch ships within the Valentus v2 major line. Marked prerelease so releases/latest still tracks normal semver releases.

Prefer v2.{minor} when you want to stay on one minor line (for example v2.0 for v2.0.x patches only).
