Added

• File-tree filter (the file manager gains a Filter dropdown, next to
  Sort). A collapsed checkbox multiselect with: All (default), Custom
  files, Identifiers (ICCID/IMSI/MSISDN/IMPI/IMPU/SUPI_NAI/GID1/GID2),
  PLMN selection / Provider names / WLAN/I-WLAN / SMS-related /
  CB-related (cell broadcast), and one option per file-backed service of
  the cross-reference. When a filter is active, directories that are not on
  the path of the selected files are hidden; the button turns blue to stand
  out.
• Expand all / Collapse all buttons beside the sort pills; Expand all
  walks the tree loading children on demand and skips directories the probe
  found absent, and selecting any filter other than "All" auto-expands the
  tree so the matched files are visible.
• "To EF filter" cross-link: each file-backed service row in the
  SST/UST/IST/EST decoded editors carries a compact glyph that narrows the
  file-tree filter to exactly that service's files.
